12spin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 12spin support immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified 12spin of unauthorised access and provided satisfactory evidence thereof.
